Steak and Egg

The post-workout, sugary-sweet, food binge is no match for the strongest will. That's why it helps to have the fridge stocked with whole foods that are ready to hit the pan. Tonight I refuelled by slicing a few pieces of sous-vided chuck roast and browning them in a hot pan. A quick saute of zucchini and a a fried egg tossed on top of a cabbage mix that is patiently wating in the fridge and a whole food meal is on the table.
